Jeanologia Color Solutions
Designing the right products means having the right colors.
Over the years, Jeanologia has been transforming the way jeans are manufactured, offering end-to-end solutions, hardware, and software for a new operational model.
Now, based on our experience in garment finishing and sustainable solutions, we take a step further by developing the perfect solution to ensure the right color with efficiency and low environmental impact.
While ColorBox prioritizes quality, efficiency, and reproducibility, allowing for treating any kind of garments, including light weight and delicate garments, G2 Ozone technologies can be applied for cleaning, fading down color, and creating vintage and stonewash effects using only air.

Tribute 501
Tribute 501
Celebrate the legacy of the iconic Levi’s 501 jeans with our exclusive laser design collection, a tribute to its 150th anniversary. Dive into denim history as we honour the classic 501s, translating its iconic features into modern laser-engraved designs and sustainable finishes.
Drawing inspiration from the 80s and 90s, we’ve incorporated marbling and salt-and-pepper textures, washing marks, worn knees, and subtle whiskering. And for that grungier vibe, we’ve included light rips. All references are thoroughly curated from the Jeanologia vintage archive.
This commemoration is just the beginning, so stay tuned for more exciting releases!
Simple Pleasures III: Hidden Treasures | Lenzing x Jeanologia x Betina Grosser
Simple Pleasures III: Hidden Treasures | Lenzing x Jeanologia x Betina Grosser
The Simple Pleasures collection focuses on creating garments that are a source of joy. Because of that a print was designed to work as a reminder of joyful moments and carry this story throughout the collection. To work so, it needed to have layers of perception, i.e. to generate pictures on different scales to compose fully printed garments and the hidden treasures such as pocket linings and strategically positioned little details created with the NANO laser technology and inspired by the personal aspect provided by customization of garments.
Simple Pleasures II: The Print | Lenzing x Jeanologia x Betina Grosser
Simple Pleasures II: The Print | Lenzing x Jeanologia x Betina Grosser
Simple Pleasures is an ode to happiness and wellbeing, from a perspective of normality and focuses on creating garments that are a source of joy. That means having a connection with the garment, because of comfort, of how it was made, and also because of self expression and emotional value.
The print turned out as a great opportunity to foster emotional connection, to be a reminder of our joyful moments and to carry that message throughout the collection.
Its concept is based in surrealism with psychedelic overtones, echoing freedom and spontaneity, so peculiar to the 1970s, and which we have missed after so many months being unable to go out just for fun.
In order to make it relatable, a collaborative design process was held, allowing people to express themselves by sharing their simple pleasures, which were illustrated and incorporated to the print design. To foster self-expression, a big and diverse rapport was created, allowing for multiple aesthetic results.
New Vintage II
The W Collection | New Vintage
The TWC – New Vintage collection is a contemporary redefinition of vintage denim that plays with the most feminine and trendy fits & fabrics and the authenticity typical of the vintage finishes.
This is a concept with different sides that combine high rise fitted jeans, denim damages, texturized fabrics, and trendy constructions vs authentic vintage garments. The perfect match between fit and finish is key for a holistic design and wash development approach.
Simple Pleasures I: Iconic Garments | Lenzing x Jeanologia x Betina Grosser
Simple Pleasures I: Iconic Garments | Lenzing x Jeanologia x Betina Grosser
The Simple Pleasures concept is all about well-being, sustainability, emotional connection, and technology.
Silhouettes are classic, discreet, and ageless, respecting the goal to create trans-seasonal garments that last; iconic garments that never go out of style with a tailoring twist in details.
The five-pocket jean, the safari jacket, the midi skirt, the belted coat, the chino or the trucker jacket are some of the styles we revisit in the 2022 Sustainable Denim Wardrobe.
We looked for balance throughout this collection: balance in proportions, balance in terms of resources and a balanced aesthetic. That is why versatility and ambivalence of the garments emerged in a very natural way. Many of them became unisex clothes because that’s what the basics are, clothes for everything and everyone.
H.S GEOMETRICALS
H.S GEOMETRICALS
HS Geometricals explores the intersection of all-over textures and productivity. Using two rather laser-friendly ADM fabrics, this collection presents seasonless high speed geometric designs, inspired by the 1970s prints with a contemporary twist.
Available both in indigo blue and black versions, the skinny fit served as base to the many iterations generated through eDesigner software, which allowed for the selection of the perfect textures to be marked using our Compact Super laser technology.
W Collection | Tech Artisan
The W Collection | Tech Artisan
The Tech Artisan Woman Collection is all about laundry creativity. In this collection, we are developing sustainable and efficient tech-made solutions for recreating the laundry look of the 80s, while keeping its identity and traditional essence.
From traditional washes such as tie-bleach, acid washes, and marbles to mottled color effects will allow for creative freedom and artistic rawness through extreme laundry surface textures, reducing water consumption and eliminating hazardous chemicals use.
Tech Artisan Concept
The Tech Artisan Concept
Tech Artisan is the perfect blend of technology and craftsmanship. A denim artist that blends in their labor: innovative approaches with traditional techniques to expand creativity and produce unique sustainable garments.
Fearlessly, they mix digital and handmade techniques to pay tribute to inspiring millenary craftsmanship, using technology as a tool to expand creativity and streamline processes.
They look for perfection and durability while embracing #MISSIONZERO, i.e. to contribute actively to the complete elimination of waste and pollution in the denim industry.
ATMOS II | natural ageing | vintage
ATMOS II | natural ageing | vintage
ATMOS process boosts the ozone effect on the garments, creating outcomes comparable to the effects of ageing.
Through Atmos is quite easy to achieve Authentic Vintage Looks, and superb high & lows contrast with a great Bright Look, without the use of pumice stones, and without potassium permanganate.
BAST RECAST x Lenzing
History meets sustainably: BAST RECAST x Lenzing x NDL x Endrime x Jeanologia x Kingdom x Crafil x Officina+39 x Warp Face
Bast Recast is an example of the role collaboration plays in driving sustainable innovation. Through this collection, Lenzing unveils TENCEL ™ Lyocell Hemp denim collection to showcase TENCEL ™ branded lyocell and modal fibers featured alongside conventional and cottonized hemp fabrics from Naveena Denim Limited. Each garment style is being exhibited as both raw and washed, with Jeanologia responsible for all the finishing: focused on providing a great aesthetics but achieving a low EIM score as primary target.
All details of the collection were considered from an environmental perspective. The collection features multiple collaborators including NDL, Endrime, Jeanologia, Kingdom, Crafil, Officina+39 and Warp Face.
The Color Collection
The Color Collection
In addition to exploring an on-trend color palette, the Color Collection is an example of the opportunities garment finishing processes create. The collection combines our Colorbox and Laser technologies with the ATMOS process to extend the product range obtained.
These eleven garments meet the needs of different people, with different styles, while reducing the environmental impact of the finishing process. While the ATMOS process simulates the multiple shades and abrasion effects of a stone wash using no stones or water, Colorbox offers a low liquor-ratio dyeing process with precise reproducibility, which also reduces the amount of chemical needed making it more efficient and simple.

ATMOS I | no stone
ATMOS I | no stone
ATMOS is the finishing process developed by Jeanologia that reproduces the abrasion effect of the traditional stone wash while avoiding the use of stones and wate. In that way, ATMOS is key to achieve a worn-out look in a sustainable way, representing a major step forward in Jeanologia’s mission: the complete dehydration and detoxification of the fashion industry.

Mindset 5.ZERO
Mindset 5.ZERO
We stand with our ZERØ methodology, which means that we use Ø discharge during the finishing process, Ø manual scraping and grinding, Ø permanganate potassium spray, Ø stones and Ø substances of concern to ensure sustainable and efficient production.
The Mindset 5.ZERO integrates technology from the design to the development stages. It is becoming a denim industry-standard, due to appearance and product quality improvements while maintaining a neutral cost.
Mre wth Lss | Women
Simplifying process using technology
The Mre wth Lss collection concept is defined as the way to achieve something more than what we usually do, using fewer resources and with fewer efforts. We start from the position that we must create garments by using as less resources as possible.
Therefore, in this collection, we used only one quality fabric, one fit (per gender) and different finishes to achieve different products. Fabric and fit are determining factors in the process of creating a collection and narrowing the fabric and style options available will help us to focus on what’s important. Just by changing the finish, the final products will be perceived as different products.
In conclusion, we developed a smarter methodology to reduce iterations: agile design development, associated with physical sampling reduction and a sustainable, agile, and flexible production.

LSF | Light Sensitive Fabric
Perfect match between fabric and finish
Jeanologia developed just one method called LIGHT SENSITIVE FABRIC TEST – LSF. This test was created with the aim to determine the behavior of the fabric, bringing extreme precision about the fabric reaction to the Laser Technology and to the different washes.
ATMOS III | natural ageing | knits
WORN knits | natural ageing effect with ATMOS
Well-worn clothes, ripped or with frayed hems, faded by the sun or even stained… all these are examples of the passage of time on garments that we capture in the WORN series.
Atmos is the finishing process developed by Jeanologia to help clothing to travel throught time, creating worn in effects on several fabrics, including knits.
This technology combo creates a humidity-controlled atmosphere that boosts the ozone effect on the garments, creating outcomes comparable to the effects of aging with pigment or sulphureous dyes without any use of chemicals.

The CORDS | Collection
Exploring sustainable and tech made finishes in corduroy.
The Cords collection is a reinterpretation of a classic fabric: the corduroy. The concept was to update and modernize its emblematic look by exploring sustainable finishes that gave a uniqueness aesthetic without losing its essence.
Through different laser patterns we achieved three-dimensional effects, some of the designs changed completely the visual structure of the fabric. The dyeing process and softening was done using e-Flow technology that guarantees the minimum usage of water and chemicals per garment. And, finally, G2 ozone gave us the possibility to get a nice fade down color scale range, done sustainably.
reTECH
Upcycling through technology
We can define reTECH as the creative transformation of unwanted garments into new products of better quality and environmental value, through Jeanologia technologies.
The necessity and the sight of opportunity lead us to a flood of creativity where technology plays a fundamental role. reTECH is our answer to the overstock problem, without sacrificing the look and speeding up the time to market.
Through this new concept, we are giving a new life to unsold (or pre-owned) garments through Jeanologia technologies.
T&L | Exhibition
Truth & Light
TRUTH & LIGHT was an exhibition launched by Jeanologia that showed REAL VINTAGE garments, all of them collected and officially classified, next to LIGHT reproductions done with laser. The objective was to show the possibilities of the laser as an eco-technology that makes possible the recreation of the magic of a true vintage garment.
Today, the concept of creating the new by using tech and be true to the old has transcended the walls of a mere exposition. TRUTH & LIGHT is the Jeanologia’s way to keep the authenticity and genuineness alive in the digital era, respecting the heritage and making it real in production thanks to the eco-technologies. Now it is possible to replicate the vintage look of the past, minimizing the environmental footprint of the process.
KIDS | Collection
First Sanitized Collection developed using Ø chemicals
Forged during the first months of lockdown, in March and April 2020, the Kids collection was our very first collection launched in the middle of the pandemic and developed digitally through our eDesigner Software. Conceived as a seasonless collection, it brought together the needs of well-being and sustainability of the consumer at the time and that continues to apply.
Kids collection advocates for denim aesthetic free and easy, fresh, effortless and casual with low environmental impact processes and tech made. Sanitization and the use of 0 chemicals in the washing process are key points to highlight.
